Warranty Policy – Sienna Concepto

At Sienna Concepto (operated by LVC DIGITAL LTD), we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This policy explains the guarantees you receive under UK law and how to request help if something goes wrong.


1. Your Statutory Rights

All our products are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which ensures that any item you purchase must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality – free from defects and fit for normal use.

  • As described – matching the information and photos shown on our website.

  • Fit for purpose – suitable for the use you would reasonably expect.

These rights apply automatically and are in addition to the Sienna Concepto warranty described below.


2. Warranty Period

  • If a product develops a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase, you have the right to request a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).

  • After 6 months, you may still claim a remedy if you can show that the fault existed at the time of delivery.


3. What You Can Expect

Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be entitled to one of the following:

  1. Free repair of the item.

  2. Replacement with the same or a comparable product.

  3. Refund (partial or full, depending on the case).

We will always choose the most reasonable option in line with UK consumer law.


4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear or ageing of materials.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.

  • Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorised third parties.

  • Clearance, outlet, or final-sale items (unless faulty at delivery).


5. How to Make a Claim

  1. Email us at support@siennaconcepto.store and include your order number.

  2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the problem.

  3. Our support team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover all reasonable return-shipping costs.
If the product is found not to be faulty or falls outside the warranty, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.


6. Legal Notice

This Warranty Policy does not limit or replace your statutory rights under UK law.
You will always retain the protections provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
