At Sienna Concepto (operated by LVC DIGITAL LTD), we aim to provide fast, secure, and reliable delivery for all our customers.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across the United Kingdom.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to all regions of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
At this time, international delivery is not available.


2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


3. Delivery Options & Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 working days

  • Express Delivery: 2–5 working days (additional charge applies)

⏱ Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected method and location.

  • From time to time, free shipping promotions may apply — these will be clearly announced on our website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel online.


6. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 (excluding public holidays).

  • If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave it at a nearby collection point.

  • Sienna Concepto is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or incomplete:

  1. Please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at support@siennaconcepto.store.

  2. If you accepted the parcel but later find an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the problem.

We will work promptly to resolve the issue in accordance with UK consumer law.


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., courier strikes, extreme weather, or unforeseen disruptions).
However, we will always keep you informed if such delays occur.
